The two biggest mistakes you’re making in drinking water…
The biggest mistake you’re making in drinking water is not drinking enough! The biggest nutritional problem that faces the United States is dehydration. Dehydration can start off lightly as anxiety and headaches and lead up to heart problems and joint/back pain with severe dehydration. Dehydration also means you’re not flushing toxins out of your system as quickly as you can. You can take your body weight in pounds and divide that by two to come up with the total number of ounces of water you should drink a in an ideal day. Any cup of caffeine you drink requires you to drink an additional cup and a half of water. For example, if you weigh 100 pounds and drank a cup of coffee a day, you need to drink 50 ounces of water a day plus an extra 1.5 cups of water for that coffee you had earlier.
The second biggest mistake you are making in drinking water is having it with meals. Drink water AWAY from meals! Drinking lots of water during meals will cause the stomach acid to become too diluted to break down foods properly. Sipping water throughout the day will keep your body hydrated and keep your stomach acid at the proper pH level.
