Hi, my name is Rika! I provide  nutrition consultations in Orange County, CA where I help people reach and remember their Innate Wellness. Our bodies are talking to us 24/7/365, but are we really listening? I can help you gain more of an awareness and appreciation for your body and what it needs to maintain optimal health, using real food nutrition and medical intuition. I am a certified Angel Medical Intuitive (CAMI) and Instructor. I love using what Nature gives us to help bring balance back to a client’s health.
